Help I lost my Dell Recovery Disk?

I lost my recovery disk. What do I do. Is there a bearing I can download a copy of windows and install it afterwards use my product key that comes surrounded by the back of my computer? For some aim I can't enter the computer on safe mode, I can't access the internet, I can't even access system restore....
