How can i reboot my toshiba laptop that didn't come beside a recovery disk ?
I'm not really sure about the model/ type . its a notebook (windows) . i get it almost three years ago and it has a virus that have taken over the entire system. what can i do ? the internet doesn't work and it won't let me run an anti virus. please serve !

restart your computer and at the black screen near toshiba written in red reminder, start hitting f8, then choose repair. repair will hold several options including restore and recover. try the restore first, and if that doesn't work, use the recover opportunity. and u can make it close to it was when u get it out of the box.
as for the virus, you can use a safe computer to download a free antivirus approaching malwarebytes and then install it via flash drive.
as for reboot, do you tight shut it off and start it up again? that's what reboot process. i think, however, you expect recover or restore, these are also 2 different terms.
