Deleted File Recovery/ System Restore?

There were several video clips that I delete from my "pictures" folder on windows vista. they be deleted after i removed them from the inspired folder because i was trying to sync my photos to the itouch i a short time ago bought. however they wouldn’t sync, and i figured it might enjoy been because within were "video clips" combined next to jpeg images, hence preventing the photos to be uploaded. instead i got a all over the place folder INSIDE my folder titled "ipod photo cache" with basically an icon of the folder w/ what seem to be paper. i delete them from the 2nd folder i made because that was going to be the one i uploaded to itunes. turns out they're delete completely. i tried "recuva" to no avail, and am contemplating a system restore. I’ve heard mixed answers nearly whether or not this will bring back the 13 delete video files. should i do the restore prior to my itunes installation? Will the videos still be delete? Spare me the sarcasm, you're only making yourself giggle. Any serious help would be great, as these are essential videos that be lost. Thanks so much.

Recovery is NOT going to bring back delete files. It simply repairs the system.
Even after a complete Format of a hard drive you can attain data posterior as it always kept on your tough drive until over-written by another file!

As long as you enjoy not installed new programs or put profoundly of new files on the drive you have your old pictures on you can procure them back.

Using a program such as GetDataBack for NTFS (install to a drive that you do you want to bring back the files from - if possible! or you will risk the loss of the files) Or i would suggest putting the complicated drive into another machine and installing on that one.

You can download a trial to see if it can find the files your involve.
