Even if you are sued surrounded by Court for a debt and you can prove or show that you have no assets you simply enlighten the Judge this. Go defend yourself regardless. The Court will ask going on for your income and assets but if you have none later it is unlikely a deposit would be asked of you - because you have no money. They may rightfully so - ask if you own anything can be sold such as jewelry, etc. But it is best not to avoid the Court over this - appear and be honest with the Judge. You will be alright.
