Another grill going on for wallet recovery/deleting?

I'm using a file recovery program, but when I restore the files, unlike the Restore File opportunity in the recycle bin, it appears to just form a copy, as the files stay there to be restored. Is that usual for most wallet recovery programs, or do they usually Move the file fairly than Copy it? If not, is there any database recovery program that you know of that will move the file so it won't be found subsequent time I search?
I believe the record recovery program i used did that as well. i dont know any that will do that sorry.
to remove the delete file permantly, use a program call cyberscrub. Note, it doesnt restore lost files, it removes so called delete files.
