My folder is converted into unknown directory and so lost my notes. How to recover it?
i had 2 frozen drives in my PC, i cut background from one hard drive and paste it into the second one. Meanwhile , the my PC powered off due to Electricity Failure. When i Powered ON my PC, i found that the Folder i enjoy pasted have become an unknown file near 8 kb while in truth it is more than 1 GB. So plz help me to recover my information.

If running a disk chech dosen't work:
Restore your computer to a date before you did that.
To do a system restore:-
>Click start
>All programs
>Accessories
>System tools
>System restore
>And set it rear legs to a date before you did it.
Try running a disk check on that drive.
