Is near a course to recover a facts from defective complicated disk?

if the hard drive defective, i don't it's possible to retrieve the background from the hard drive becuase the rugged won't work and the olny way to bring the data stale of the hard drive is to enjoy it working
defective hdd (hard disk drive) or a hdd that went unpromising on you? if its a hdd that went discouraging on you take it to a computer technician and sometimes they can image the information verbatim off of your hdd another one thus positive the day:) not sure what it costs though. :S

Depending on the defect.
If it is physical, then the lone option is to embezzle it to the data retrieval specialist. It may cost you alot though so it is newly a question of how vital is the data. In Australia, it will cost between AUD$800 to AUD$1,500.
If it is only bad sector, later you may use a software like On-track to try to retrieve the background. This means that you enjoy to take the defective HDD out, connect it to a working PC, install On-Track surrounded by the PC and run the software to check the faulty HDD.

im not sure if this will work, but system restore? System restore "restores" your pc to the process it was on a elected date.
try using a live cd of Knoppix and starting your laptop with that cd surrounded by the drive. once it loads try to browse to your directories and recovering your files.
