How can I Recover Data and Partitions after person over written by norton apparition?
I have creating a picture of my OS partition, which I enjoy 3 partitions on a 200GB tricky drive. A OS, Data and Media file barrier. Well, the idea be that I backup my OS part that have XP install, and try out a Vista upgrade and see how it runs etc, and decided to restore my OS figurine, but in the process, it figure over my other 2 partition, in a minute I just enjoy my XP OS partition. Would it be possible to recover the partition and/or data?

Maybe.
Don't turn on computer unless you have Hiren's boot CD(google it), Than boot beside the CD, which you 've created by using another computer to burn, and choose recorver menu(or something similar to that) to use recorever software. Maybe you should try Ontrack soft.
Yes, you can use data recovery software, but it will probably, erase the XP files.
