How can i recover delete notes? lacking using software...?

How can i recover deleted information myself, without using any specialist software?

Reason i want to know, is that i haven't in truth lost any data myself, but i'm trying to build up my fluency of pc support. So i want to swot up the long and hard process of doing this.
Answers:
You can't. There's nothing built into window that will allow you to do this. Once data have been delete windows prevents usual access to data within the deleted areas, until untried data is written near. That's why you need special software that will work around window to access the deleted facts. If you could recover data minus using special software then the notes recovery industry would not exist.
