I've already rewarded money to data-jobs ltd ,which i feel is a scam. Is it possible to recover the money?

Credit Card?
write to them stating that you want your brass back and present the reasons why. by tenet they should return your cash. if they do not report them to as oodles bodies as you can, cab will aid with that. you may know how to get them suspended from operating.
If you remunerated them by Credit Card then contact your credit card company and explain the situation to them and that you guess it is a scam - they are usually pretty cool about it.
If you remunerated them by paypal then bring to the fore a "significantly not as described" dispute.
