Can you recover information from IE8 when a website go down?

Suppose you go to a website and swarm out a form, then click the "next" button, but the website go down, causing IE8 to flake out. If you try to shift "back" the same website is down within too. But IE8 should still have the facts you entered into the form. Is in that any way to recover that notes, to save it to use the subsequent time the website comes back up?
Answers:
Not unless the website save it to your computer as a cookie. If a cookie saved adjectives or part of it, next those parts will come back subsequent time you fill out the form.
