How do I recover background that I enjoy moved as ASCII background?

I uploaded a file as ASCII from a Windows computer to a Linux server. However, I should hold uploaded it as binary because it was not a essay file (it be a zip wallet with descriptions inside). I believe the data is still intact but somehow encoded. I lost my innovative file but I still enjoy the uploaded one. I have it immediately on hand. What should I do to recover my notes?

You are probably going to tell me to upload it from Windows to Linux as ASCII, but the database is too big. Is there a track to do it on my Mac? Thanks.
Answers:
if it went from window -> linux as ascii, sending it back from linux -> window as ascii again should reverse the changes (which I estimate will just be the train of line characters)

next you could re-upload it to the linux box as binary.
