I recovered notes from EasyRecovery but they are adjectives contained by different format?

I fohad windows reinstalled and lost adjectives the data (images, MP3, word documents). Recovered them but they presently they are all within different format like ANM, TOC, CAB CHM, CUR and the considerate. How do I convert them to their original formats?
