My drive shows up under "My Computer" but when I click on it to overt it, my computer doesn't recognize it and tell me to insert a disk into the drive.

e-mail them for estimate - you can e-mail them directly from their net site - they are the best guys around and they can recover data - the simply question is price and if is it worth it
OTHERWISE I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT YOU CAN
FLASH DRIVES ARE EXTREMELY (POINTING OUT EXTREMELY) RELIABLE WHEN THEY WORK - FERRARI USES THEM IN THEIR F1 CARS SO YOU KNOW THAN THAT IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE TECHNOLOGY BUT ONCE THEY CRASH THAT ALMOST ALWAYS MEANS WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL HELP ALL DATA ON THEM IS GONE FOREVER
