How can i recover facts on my HDD if it crashes?
My hard disk have a single partition on it and when i tried to depart that partition it said "Partition is un-readable" or something resembling that.

You can try to make it external next to an external enclosure and see if you can read some of the notes then from another computer. If that does not work it probably will not be recoverable in need shipping it out somewhere.
