Recovering information from a without human intervention working hdd?

How do you recover data from a hdd that have developed bad sector where the window boot files are but mechanically the frozen drive still works.
Answers:
hook it to another system as a secondary drive and achieve your files off it

EDIT: you dont want an enclosure, something resembling this would work
it is a usb adapter... similar to enclosure minus the plastic box.

attach that hard disk to another working computer.
copy the files from discouraging disk to working computer normally.
You might enjoy to get around payment by taking ownership of files.
If you get 'access denied' when you try to copy the files, thats where on earth you have to move about into sharing/security and do the ownership change.

polite until may 1st.
Boot with a live operating system disc such as BartPE, Ubunto Desktop Linux, Knoppix, etc and burn your files from hard-disk to DVDs, CDs , etc or copy them to attached USB storages
Attach the hard disk to another compatible computer but run it as a "SLAVE" drive, this will see the "MASTER" or the primary drive to boot, then get underway the files from that computer, if you can't access the files since they are most likely to be protected (especially my documents) you involve to take ownership of those files previously you can copy them.

to take ownership you stipulation to rightclick the file or folders, click properties after security tab, click mortgage then append your account to the permissions, after totalling your account to the permissions turn to the owner tab and take the ownership (There is a checkbox at the bottom) =) Cheers!
Set it as slave and copy what you want to the master or to Cd's
