Why when I scan a a solid external harddrive to recover facts from it does a repeat scan finally work?
Why would rescanning the drive again make the files recover right? I'm using database scavenger and even though it can see all the files on the drive I own to rescan sometimes to recover the files. What's going on with the drive or is it folder scavenger? Anyone experienced this phenomenon?
