I don't think so but if you want a program that can purely recover data, this will tolerate you recover data that you own deleted.

Extremely unlikely that the average personality could do that. I mean resembling 99.5% unlikely. Unless you find some uber data recovery software(there's a few out there), even later with it rewritten beside 0's you're still going to be out of luck.
There are also a number of companies that specialise within recovery files that might be able to help out.
