Could someone back me recover meaningful photo and movie information from a disc that have suddenly disappeared on me?
I went to Japan for 6 weeks. My time dream. I took pictures and movies on my camera. My camera got full, I accidentally delete everything. BUT, a Japanese friend of mine used his laptop to recover the lost data from my SD card. So we put everything on a DVD-writable disk. I in recent times got home. I checked the disk on my own laptop. There is an worthless folder called "1000", but no other folder beside any pictures... I mean, the disk clearly have some kind of notes on it, for I see a clear line that seperated notes and free space on the writable side of the disk. Another program I tried downloading (unsuccessfully) told me there are TWO folders, but zilch to recover...
I REALLY need assist here. These pictures/movies are the memories of my life dream lived. I own no idea how to picture them that are on the disk... I am horribly depressed right now... PLEASE, someone serve me.

there is loads of software on the internet which will back you recover lost data. Try looking recovery software on the internet. I accidentally delete my hard drive and be able to recover background using recovery software. I forgot what it was call as I used it ages ago.
