Recover lost excel background?
i was doing work on excel, after opened another workbook, closed it in need realising that when you close one excel workbook, all of them close. i clicked 'no' on 'do you want to rescue changes?' accidentally.
is in that any way i can bring my work back?
this is for i.t. coursework due within tomorrow, so any replies asap will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but it's gone for good. I know it's not much use to you in a minute, but when I'm working on an important workbook, I copy the worksheet (right-click on the sheet tab and click Move or Copy) and hold it as a Work In Progress copy which has proved invaluable lots times. However, this would also be of no use if it isn't saved.
