I formatted my complicated drive but i want to recover my lost background?

Answers:
It depends if you did a quick format or a slow format.

You could potentially recover some of the notes but you would need mount the drive on a spare computer and next use some kind of Undelete or Unformat tool to recover the notes.

Or you could pay someone to do it for you.

It's going to cost you any way.
Sorry zilch left to recover. Formatting wipe the disc clean. It's as verbs as the day it not here the assembly line!

When you go to do it didn't you read the big notice that you other get back you do?

It goes on the lines of "If you format this drive, you will LOSE adjectives the data on it. Do you preference to proceed? If so click OK"

Seems pretty clear to me!

It is NOT the same as accidentally delete a file or files surrounded by error. Source(s): Experienced1
DOH! - you may be able to recover some but indubitably not all after a format.

Why oh why do folks not think in the order of their data BEFORE doing anything as extreme as reformatting a drive. You lose everything by formatting. You should other back up background before you toy at all near an operating system or formatting a drive.
