Could I just use this ?

Would I merely start loading XP Home normally afterwards the old not easy drive that is connected to the ATA Adapter would be reconized below MY COMPUTER , then I choose the Files I have need of back and select to Move Then To A Folder on my New Hard Drive?

Or do you own to go through pressing F2 , F8 or F12 ?

Thanks

Answers:
the system your showing IMO is a must own , I own one and use it DAILY to recover data move files etc etc , can't live next to out it

yes you simply plug the drive to the device it shows up under my computer and you can access the files it truly is that glib
is there something wrong next to the drive with the files you want to recover?
but for then you shouldnt necessitate any kind of adapter. if its a drive you used back then you already own all the ports you obligation. so just plug it contained by and you will see it in my computer
