How can I recover notes minus downloading any software?

I deleted some pictures (Almost 17 gb worth) and accidentally erased them past its sell-by date my recycle bin and really need them final! Please help me.

You hold to download software in directive to recovery pictures, but its good that you work out that downloading software could delete your files permanently. I would recommend downloading a piece of software call Recuva and Photorec on another computer and then installing/running them on a USB Flash drive. I would recommend using an external rugged drive then to copy the recovered files onto.
