What is an inexpensive way to bring at my data? I enjoy no cable or controller card. I could accept a solution beside USB, PCI, EISA, or whatever will work, but I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars.

Its not going to cost you much though. However, i would recommend you that , back buying the casing, ask the retailer whether your complicated disk can fit into that casing.
