Best bearing to recover facts from ancient western digital Ultra ATA Hard Drive?

I have frail PC that no longer works and repairing is not cost effective...still want to find best way to recover facts from old western digital Ultra ATA Hard Drive that I already hold removed. Any help greatly appreciated.

Going to cost money no issue what you do, you can take it to a computer tech and they can win the files you want or you can purchase your own harddrive encasing near a usb conection and recover them yourself. about 25-50 dollars for the coop, go to radio shack.
