Data pen drive to recover?

when I insert my pen drive then, within place of the name of my pen drive it shows 'Removable Disc'.
On double clicking it shows 'Please insert a removable disc'. If I jump to see the properties 'used space' and 'free space' both show zero. This instrument I am facing problem in pipe my pen drive. Please help me to recover it... Thanks
