About recovering notes?

it is possible to recovery if i remove from recylce bin. r there is any opening to get notes

I still stand by my statement below around Un-installers.

Most if not adjectives, Un-delete programs will not work UNLESS they are installed BEFORE the file be deleted.

It doesn't hold to be installed, put it on a floppy or a USB disk..
First off, do not use or run any applications from the disk on which you delete the files. Download a recovery software such as UnDelete, install it on some other partition, and use it to recover the files.

The likelihood of recovery are reduced if you have used any applications on that wall. But its worth a shot.
