Is here a style recover save team game information from a delete user statement on the PS3?

My boyfriend screwed up his account on the PS3, so he delete that one and made a new one. He thought that the hobby data save to the PS3, not just to the user tale. He had routed at least 12 games and be in the processes hiding another, now he's freaking out. Is in that a way to bring back any of that data spinal column?
