yes just find a program>you can find them simply google it >it is better not to use the computer or install anything on it till you get final what you need sour it >using it will wright over the data files and take home it hard to recover
you wont know how to.... give it to your computer businesswoman and see if they can do anything

1.Technically possible by using extremely costly software if you are prepared to spend huge amounts.
2.But if your information is not that high utility data which I assume is right,practically after formatting your facts is considered as gone for ever.
