Is within a track to recover information from a computers tough drive that doesn't work anymore?

Is there an undemanding step by step tutorial or download program that'll tell me how to do this myself so I don't enjoy to send the computer out to someone to do it?
"> If the concrete drive itself has have a mechanical end, then within is not much you can do.

When you plug it in, does it spin up? If so, consequently there is a break the data can be recovered.

If it does not spin up, consequently your chances are exceptionally slim.

Your best bet, if it doesn't spin up, is to stick it in the freezer for an hour or so, later try accessing the background.

Often times freezing the drive will shrink the metal components enough to release doesn`t matter what was stopping the disc from spinning. But in attendance are no guarantees.
