R-Studio Data Recovery Software will serve you.
R-Studio is a Family of powerful and cost-effective undelete and Data Recovery software. Empowered by the new one and only data recovery technology, it is the most comprehensive data recovery solution for recovery files from FAT12/16/32/exFAT, NTFS, NTFS5 (created or updated by Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/Win7), HFS/HFS+ (Macintosh), Little and Big Endian variant of UFS1/UFS2 (FreeBSD/OpenBSD/NetBSD/Solaris) and Ext2/Ext3/Ext4 FS (Linux) partitions. It functions on local and meet people disks, even if such partitions are formatted, diluted or deleted. Flexible parameter settings supply you absolute control over facts recovery.

R-Studio utilities recover files

* Deleted without Recycle Bin, or when Recycle Bin have been empty;
* Removed by virus attack or power failure;
* After the separator with the files be reformatted, even for different file system;
* When the divider structure on a hard disk be changed or damaged. In this overnight case, R-Studio utilities can scan the hard disk trying to find previously existing partition and recover files from found partitions.
* From not easy disk with bleak sectors. R-Studio Data Recovery Software can first copy the entire disk or its slice into an image wallet and then Process the dummy file. This is especially adjectives when new discouraging sectors are constantly appearing on the tricky disk and remaining information must be immediately save. "Formatting" and "overwriting" are different things. Formatting a hard drive does not write to the complete disk, overwriting the existing data contained by the process. Overwriting is when the space is re-used, like tape over a movie on a VCR or a rewritable DVD. If the disk has be reformatted but not overwritten, then facts recovery programs have a correct chance of nouns. I use Active(a) File Recovery (http://www.file-recovery.net/), and there are other apposite ones out there. If the notes has surrounded by fact be overwritten, then your likelihood are very slim that you will be capable of recover the data short using a very expensive recovery service (not a program). Such a service could smoothly cost over $1000. It would be like watching that movie you record over on the VCR tape or rewritable DVD. Source(s): Computer consultant.

Eh... I'm gonna progress ahead and say no, yes the FBI does enjoy programs, but that's not quite what they do. They can track the downloads and adjectives your cookies, I hate to voice it but, man your screwed.
There is, but I have no conception where you would obtain it. The police and FBI use these kinds of programs when they confiscate a those computer that was used contained by a crime. Try asking the geek squad maybe they can backing you.
Sometimes the data may not be overwritten as you thought of, because the space where on earth windows settled to write to is unknown. so you can still try recovery software (the one I use is http://www.asoftech.com/apr/ ) to see whether your data is recoverable.
