A devout place that can fix my USB or at least possible recover the information and put it on my computer?
There's something wrong with my USB and I be told that there might be a place that can repair it or recover the notes or something because I need that notes. Now, can anyone reccommend a place that can do the job and do it ably preferably in Northwest Indiana but it can also be surrounded by the Chicagoland Area

take it to the computer place and ask them this give somebody the third degree,will be able to squirrel away your time and tell the nearest information retrival company avaible.
You cant repair USB Flash memory, and your not going to have much nouns recovering it. Solid state memory is generally not recoverable when the chips walk bad.

Always gross regualr backups of essential information, and never rely on USB drives. They are very unreliable as you see.
