Can I recover a record after reformatting, reinstalling, and padding the tough drive to almost max near background?
So I had some files I forgot to copy until that time my reformatting and reinstalling of XP and I have chock-full up around 75% of my 100gig memory with other programs and files. I own added and deleted adjectives sorts of stuff for about a month immediately and just immediately noticed that I own files I was missing. Is nearby any way to get hold of those back after such a time and adjectives of those steps (reformatting, etc)? I heard that once you overwrite your information it is gone and I am sure after all that the background is for sure gone, but I just required to hear it from others.

You could try a data recovery program (I've used Recover My Files but here are many option out there) but your chances are significantly smaller amount than someone who has little disk leisure. Unless the file is on the 25% of the disk that hasn't be overwritten, it might only be recoverable by a soaring end facts recovery service that can handle the extreme recovery option.
Angie - Some data recovery applications, similar to Recover My Files, do work, even after a disk format. I used that to recover my mail files after losing my OS due to my mother-in-law hitting the power button surrounded by the middle of a disk defrag. I had a backup but it be a couple weeks old but I didn't realize that I have an important email that be post backup. I had already formatted my disk and reinstalled the OS and some applications (certainly didn't imbue up the disk though). I was competent to recover several versions of the .pst database and retrieved the important email.
I sincerely doubt it. If you've reformatted your tricky drive there is deeply little chance of recovery in need some very expensive FBI-type recovery software.
