Recovering files delete from Recently Changed folder?

Hi folks,

Yesterday I was messing around on my computer, trying to delete the shortcuts found contained by my Recently Changed folder. It looks like I've done up deleting them sour my computer completely, over 60 files. I can still find the shortcuts when I do a search, however the database is gone. The shortcuts link to the My Documents folder, however they do not appear in that, nor can you open them from the shortcuts.

The shortcuts are stored contained by the following location: C:\Users\Justin\AppData\Roaming\
Microsoft\Windows\Recent

I've tried two different restoration programs, Undelete Plus and Restoration, and neither program came up near the files I'm looking for.

Can anyone else offer up suggestions on how I could move about about restoring those files? Thanks surrounded by advance!
