how can i recover (restore) files and folder that has be deleted from both desktop and recycle bin of my computer.currently i use window xp.can anyone suggest me easy means of access for this.my file be very exalted that i had delete by mistake and then cleaned adjectives disc drive(temporary files,recycle bin unnecessary files).

You can try a few programs such as Recover my Files and Data Recovery Pro to attempt to recover them. Whatever you do do not download or copy a large wallet to the hard drive or divider that the deleted profile was stored on so you do accidentally craft it harder to recover.
There is no guaranteed way to recover the record once you've done a real delete on it.
You requirement an undeleter application (you may find them as shareware or you may have to buy them as part of a set of a software tool set - eg mijenix.
What the undeleter does is look for data blocks on the disk that are not attached to a record name and try to reassemble files out of them. It simply works *if* the data blocks hold not been overwritten... so the switch of your getting the file wager on is slim.
