How do you recover accidentally delete files on a Mac?
I accidentally emptied my trash and realize too late that I really needed the files. Is within any program I can use (free preferably) that will restore my mac files?

just use Time Machine
newly start up disc that came beside mac. if not be in motion to apple.com search files you delete, they have pay for up sources there

the best road to make backup of deleted files is using Time Machine, you basically need to buy an external HD or manufacture a disk partition, but if you don't hold it you can't recover them.
