Is in that a means of access to recover history files from my internet explorer if they have be delete?

I think internet sites are person viewed that shouldn't be on my computer. AND I have an idea that they are being delete so I wont find out. I have Windows Vista, not sure what book of Internet Explorer I have. When I turn to internet options, budge to settings, and view cookies, it's really full but I don't see any fruitless sites. Is there a program I can download to my computer that let me manage what sites are view discreatly? So the person doesn't know? I'm lately afraid of a legal issue it can rationale.
Answers:
we have told everyone who ask's in the order of hiding their browser history, and have told them that the one and only way they could be found be to get a retrieval program. So, unless you buy a retrieval software program, i doubt that you will find anything.
