When i delete my tempory internet files can i recover them?

Answers:
Anything you delete should be in the recycle bin, and even if it is not, anything that was on your rugged drive is still there as long as you did not write over it. There are software programs that can allow you to recover delete files.
I think you can recover it using system restore

stir to start
programs
accessories
system tools
and system restore
select the daytime before it be deleted
and select subsequent, then it will ask you to restart your computer
Your system should be set hindmost to the way it be on the date you selected

it will not work if your system restore is set to disable

hope this help
one silly way is..
rescue your internet files..
and then delete it beside recycle bin..
and if you want to restore it again..
just shift to recycle bin and restore it..

that's all roughly my silly way to recover your directory..

hahaha

LOL
Yes, you can. Well, you can try.
Use some of undelete programs for recovery of deleted files (including temp. int. files).

Success of your recovery will depend of when you delete files.

Good luck!
Temporary Internet Files

no once you delete them the are gone

unless you are doing it manually thru MY COMPUTER
window of files
after they will be in Recycle bin unless you hit
SHIFT DEL to remove them
No you cannot recover stopgap internet files.
No not that i know of but you can go within the file call ''temp'' in the window folder
If you deleted it via your browser, no u can't
But if you did it manually, after it can be recovered from the recycle bin.
