A angelic program that will recover delete files?
What is a good program that I can use to recover a permantly delete file (deleted directory from trash can) that is free and competent to be put on disk and then uploaded on to window 98(without internet) thank you

With any file delete and then empty from recycle bin, the longer you wait until that time trying to recover it, the greater the odds against succeeding.
