How can I recover Header Files which have be delete within window ?
I mean the files concluded with .h !!

Windows doesn't treat header files any different from average files
First look in your recycle bin, it may be located there.
If it's not, try using a directory recovery program like this one http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/…
Other knowledgeable, it's usually unrecoverable unless you want to pay money, try to find where on earth you got the header files within the first place and just draw from it again from there.
