Can I recover delete files (photos) from my iPod touch?

I had delete photos off of my iPod I would approaching to get from it.

Can I recover them after I restore my iPod?

Can I recover photos that I enjoy saved and delete SINCE restoration?

no, i'm afraid not.... Devices like that don't enjoy enough memory to pick up things that are deleted similar to computers do.
