Hi, i recovered a delete txt directory, but immediately it is not readable shows like" DSae"i'Iy 1/2 " any solution to fix it?

as I said I accidentally deleted a txt directory and emptied recycle bin, but I manage tu recovery it. But after recovery when i open it looks " DSae"i'Iy 1/2 +oí'Kae(a)OEtS"O"i'yy 1/2 +oí'K:" Is in attendance any solution to fix this problem? This file is really important to me.

Was it just a elementary text profile (.txt), or text record with extra formatting (bold/underlined/etc)?
