SYSTEM RESTORE INCOMPLETE CANT RECOVER DELETED FILES plz back?

i delted the folder called
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\shared
i required to recover the folder through a system restoe....howveevr each time i attemp to restore it syas that the resore is incomplete and no change have be made

Just look in your recycle bin.

System restore does not rollback record changes, thus a file would not be undeleted.
