Recover delete files on my razr phone?

by accident i delete all of the video files on my cell phone! i hold a razr that i got finishing year and i really want to get my delete files back. does anyone know how this can be done?

The singular way to recover them is if you save them to a memory card in your phone first, and next deleted the files from your phone's memeory and not from the card itself. If you didn't enjoy a card... no way to carry them back. Sorry.
