I delete some files from Dreamweaver and don't know how to recover them. Any suggestions?
They're not on my thumb drive anymore and not in the recylce bin. Where do they move about?

Sounds to me like a problem that can singular be fixed by data recovery software. With information recovery software you can perform a full system rummage through for any files that may have be lost or permanently delete.
