How can I recover a delete profile that I didn't access but on purpose delete?

So I use this program called AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and I hold this add-on to it that logs my AIM IM's. Two days ago, I delete the files because all my logs walk into a folder on my computer and I realize that I need to acquire those files back because it contains directions that I inevitability. I never opened the profile that I needed before I delete it and I've tried a few recovery programs, but I really don't know what to do. I need to be capable of get that file/folder rear legs and it's already emptied from my recycle bin. Can someone help me and carry back to me ASAP. Thanks.

There are some data recovery programs you could try but it sounds approaching you've already went that route.
