Accidentally delete a MP4 folder, be competent to recover it w/ software, but it doesn't work anymore. Please abet!?

I tried using several recovery software, but all I could attain back be an unplayable file. When I try pipe it up on Quicktime, it gives me the following error: "Error 2048: Couldn't unscrew the file Video 0104.mp4 because it is not a record that Quicktime understands."

The profile size is correct but has no dimensions as a video wallet. What else can I possibly do to recover the entire file or fix this one?
