If you want to get hold of back delete files you can try to recover them with Easy Drive Data Recovery software:

It uses creative modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unqualified to detect.
You can often successfully recover delete files from a PC, it all depends on what have happened since the files be deleted.
When you delete files the facts itself isn’t deleted, basically the index entry that tells the system where on earth the data for those files is located. The nouns containing the deleted background is also now flecked as free space so it is available for any new files to be written within instead.

If and when that happens, next it is too late to recover your delete files so it is very, really important to not accumulate any new files or background to the device concerned.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted files is to try some well-mannered file recovery software.

A polite tip is to try the free demo version of a commercial product that will scan the device for delete files and show you exactly what files can be recovered. Source(s): http://www.asoftech.com/apr/
No, System Restore only restores system settings, not files and folders which own been delete for example. Download and install Recuva, which is free of charge, to recover your erased files.
No. You can't. The HDD cannot be restored to an earlier date, since it does not hold an OS.

My advice would be the File Undeleter that comes next to Glary Utilities.
