Recover Deleted Files - Apple Mac? Sims 2?

Hi, I accidentally deleted my Sims 2 Pets extension pack from my apple mac. I want to re-install it but it say I have to install The Sims first, which I hold already done a while ago (obviously, that's why I could play Sims 2 Pets). But the thing is, I don't enjoy my Sims CD. So I can't install that.

I be wondering how, or if, you can recover deleted files once gone to trash, and empty from the trash?
Thanks.
Answers:
It won't work. On Unix based operating systems such as Macintosh, once a profile is deleted it is ineradicably removed.

However, if you still have your authoritative product key, you can download a copy of the disk and use that product knob to activate it.
Without downloading a program, in that is no way. Even near the different programs that are available, you have to run the program enormously soon after you delete the files to have a randomness at getting them back. The probability of those programs working is very slim as powerfully. Sorry, I guess you'll just enjoy to find your disk or buy a new one.
