Help recovering delete WMA files?

Somehow my files got delete. Long story short they ended up surrounded by the recycling bin and delete but that's it. Some programs that i used list one and only certain files on the HD as just this minute deleted files but even if i recover them their still not playable. Some even still own their file sizes nominated. Is there any program both freeware or purchase that will restore and fix my files?

But an esteemed thing u must remember, while restoring the files, do not restore them on equal drive, choose some other drive, it does prompt u to do so anyway...
